Mysore/Mysuru: The Research Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) had organised the “ICAI International Research Awards, 2023” recently at Movenpick Grand Al Bustan Hotel, Dubai, UAE.
These awards are considered as the world’s largest cross-border competition, which is organised with the objective of encouraging and providing recognition to research scholars across the globe and their contribution in fostering research studies leading to innovation and value creation.
In all, there were 184 nominations across the globe for this award in 2023.
Mysuru researchers Dr. N. Abhishek, Dr. Abhinandan Kulal, Dr. Sahana Dinesh and Prof. M .S. Divyashree received recognition in the bronze category of accounting research on the paper “Electric Vehicles in Business Processes and Sustainable Development.”
ICAI is a statutory body set up by an Act of Parliament. The institute functions under the administrative control of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
The headquarters of ICAI is in New Delhi and it has five regional offices, 168 branches all over the country 47 overseas chapters and 34 representative offices spanning over 47 countries.
