Mysore/Mysuru: Mysuru boy Aditya Singh has been recommended by the Services Selection Board and has secured a position in the final merit list, paving his way to the prestigious Indian Naval Academy (INA) at Ezhimala in Kannur District, Kerala.
Aditya has commenced his training, marking the beginning of a promising career as a Commissioned Officer in the Indian Navy.
Aditya did his schooling at De Paul International Residential School, Mysuru and pursued mechanical engineering at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering in Mysuru. Notably, he holds an NCC “C” Certificate in Alpha Grade, showcasing his commitment to discipline and service.
Post his engineering, Aditya embarked on a professional journey with Infosys, where he served as a Systems Engineer. His contributions were recognised as he became an integral part of the prestigious Engineering Unit at Infosys, Mysuru, adding valuable experience to his repertoire.
His father Dinesh Singh is a Senior Manager in the Facilities Team at Infosys, Mysuru and his mother Uma Singh teaches at De Paul International Residential School. Aditya’s elder brother Vaibhav Singh is an engineer with a prominent US-based corporation in Bengaluru.
Aditya attributes his success to perseverance and hard work, acknowledging the rock-solid support of his parents who stood by him through the challenges of initial rejections and the eventual triumph.
