Mysuru’s first ever area-based TEDx event on June 2

Mysuru: TED is a non-profit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less).

The TEDx programme is designed by TED to help communities, organisations and individuals to spark conversation and connection through local TED-like experiences. TEDx events are organised by individuals belonging to a city, area or community and is operated under a legal license from TED.

TEDxGokulam, the first ever area-based TEDx event will spark conversation and debate, inspire ideas and opportunities. The half-day conference to be held on June 2 begins from 3 pm onwards at Hotel Radisson Blu Plaza and presents nine speakers representing diverse topics. Film Director Anup Bhandari, whose movie Rangitaranga broke records in Kannada cinema world over, is one of the speakers along with conservationist Praveen Bhargav and Bharathanatyam dancer Charles Ma.
