Ganabharathi in association with Mani Krishnaswamy Academy is organising a unique exchange programme, Mangaluru – Mysuru Music Festival “Nada Milana.”
As part of this programme, six young upcoming artistes from Mangaluru will perform at Ganabharathi in Kuvempunagar on Jan.13 (Sunday) from 10 am to 8 pm. Similarly, young artistes from Mysuru will perform at Mangaluru on Jan. 20. It will go a long way in recognising and encouraging the young talents and growth of classical art form.
Following is the list of artistes, who will perform at Ganabharathi on Jan. 13: 10 am to 11.15 am: Aneesh V. Bhat – vocal, Pruthvi Bhaskar – violin, P.S. Sridhar – mridanga. 11.25 am to 12.40 pm: Shreya Kolathaya – vocal, Shruthi – violin, P.S. Sridhar – mridanga. 1.30 pm to 2.45 pm: Divyashree – vocal, Shruti – violin, Nandan Kashyap – mridanga. 2.55 pm to 4.10 pm: Sadhgun Aithal – mandolin, Yashaswi – violin, Sayishivu Lakshmikeshav – mridanga. 4.20 pm to 5.35 pm: Krishna Pawan Kumar – flute, Sumanth Manjunath – violin, Sayishivu Lakshmikeshav – mridanga. 5.45 pm to 7.45 pm: Prarthana Sai Narasimhan – vocal, Vaibhav Ramani – violin, Anoor Vinod Shyam – mridanga, S. Manjunath – ghata.
At Mangaluru
The following artistes will perform in Mangaluru on Jan. 20: Harish Pandav – saxophone, Harini Ramesh – vocal, Sachin Hampe – sarod, Chaitrika – vocal, Sanjana Koushik – Hindustani vocal and Keshav Chandra – flute.
