Stepping up his campaign for Nanjangud and Gundlupet by-polls, Chief Minister Siddharamaiah on Sunday held road shows across Nanjangud taluk in a bid to woo the electorate.
Campaigning for the Congress candidate Kalale Keshavamurthy, Siddharamaiah said that at Nanjangud town the Congress belonged to all sections of the society and was working with the objective of social justice.
Seeking votes for the Congress candidate Kalale Keshavamurthy, Siddharamaiah said that it was only the Congress which had taken all sections along.
Later, Siddharamaiah held rallies at Hura, Hediyala and other villages of the constituency. The CM also undertake padayatra in several villages. Siddharamaiah was accompanied by District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa, MP R. Dhruvanarayan, former Minister C.M. Ibrahim, MLA Puttarangashetty, Youth Congress leaders Sunil Bose and Dr. Yatindra Siddharamaiah and others.
