Narayana Hospital hosts Cancer Survivors Meet in Mysuru

Mysore/Mysuru: Narayana Hospital, Mysuru, recently organised a Cancer Survivors Meet under the theme “Together We Can Do Anything” to raise awareness about curability of cancer and boost their confidence in fighting the disease.

Hundreds of cancer survivors gathered to share their inspiring journeys. Many expressed their gratitude for the support and expertise provided by Narayana Hospital’s Oncology team.

Dr. K.H. Prasad, Divisional Joint Director of Health and Family Welfare Services, Mysuru Division, inaugurated the event and highlighted the hospital’s significant contributions.

“Narayana Hospital is providing comprehensive cancer treatment to people in Mysuru and surrounding areas. This noble service has saved thousands of lives. I wish all cancer survivors the best in their journey and congratulate Narayana Hospital’s Oncology team on successful completion of 8 years in cancer treatment,” he said.

The main aim of this event is to ensure that we will be with our patients throughout their lives, helping them lead the quality life they deserve. Expert doctors from Department of Oncology at Narayana Hospital, Dr. K.R. Suhas, Dr. H.M. Lokesh, Dr. Mekhala Shwetadri, Dr. Tarangini Durugappa, Dr. G. Vidya and Dr. D. Nithin Raj were present.
