Mysuru: Mysore Makkala Koota and Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara (MMK&SDM) Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Mysuru, has organised a National Seminar on “Emerging Trends in Commerce and Management” under the auspices of Department of Commerce & Management, PG Studies in Commerce & Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) on Feb.11 at the college auditorium in Krishnamurthypuram.
The main objective of the seminar is to share knowledge among budding businessmen, orient teachers and motivate them to take up research in the field of Commerce & Management and enlighten students.
The seminar will be inaugurated at 10 am by Vice-Chancellor of Tumkur University Prof. Y.S. Siddegowda. Keynote address will be delivered by former Director of SDM PG Centre for Management Studies & Research, Mangalore, Dr. K. Devaraj.
Principal of MMK & SDM MMV Prof. Sainath Malligemadu will preside. The seminar will be followed by technical sessions by Prof. Yashavantha Dongre (DoS in Commerce, University of Mysore, PG Centre, Hassan) and Prof. D. Anand (DoS in Business Administration, B.N. Bahadur Institute of Management Studies Manasagangothri).
The Seminar is open to Academicians, Research Scholars and PG students of Commerce & Management.
