Visvesvaraya Bhavan in K.R. Circle in Central Business District is one of the hundreds of properties owned by the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC).
Photo alongside shows the filthy, stinking and most unhygienic mosquitoe-breeding cellar floor of the building.
Such negligence is not acceptable, that too in these days of Covid and other variants. There is always seepage of water and whenever it rains, a pool of dirty water is formed. The cellar is ‘misused’ by some people living in and around. Will the MCC wake up and act?
