Justice Vibhu Bakhru took oath as the Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court during a ceremony held at Raj Bhavan in Bengaluru this morning. Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot is seen administering the oath of office to the new Chief Justice. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar and Legislative Council Chairman Basavaraj Horatti were present.
