Mysuru’s Pranavi Urs finishes runner-up
Former Champion Vani Kapoor from New Delhi continued her good form from the second day and with a three-day aggregate score of one-over-217 (72+70+75), clinched the title on the third and concluding day of the Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour’s Leg-5 played at the Jaypee Greens Golf Resort in Greater Noida yesterday.
Mysuru’s professional golfer Pranavi S. Urs (JWGC), came up with a good third round to bounce back into contention and with a three-day aggregate score of 3-over-219 (71+75+73) and secured the runner-up spot.
Amandeep Drall with a three-day aggregate card of 5-over 221 (69+73+79) finished third. Gaurika Bishnoi with a three-day score of 6-over-222 (73+71+78) secured the fourth place. Saaniya Sharma with a three-day aggregate score of 8-over-224 (75+77+72) secured the fifth place.
Amandeep Drall remained on top of the Hero Honda Merit 2020 list with 1 win in 4 tournament’s played with a total year’s earning of Rs.4,21,400 while Vani Kapoor is in the second place (4 played and 1 win, Rs.3,94,000 total earnings). Mysuru’s Pranavi Urs is place fifth with 1 win in 3 tournaments played and with a total earning of Rs.3,01,700. Another Mysurean Sonam Chugh is placed 11th in the order of merit after five legs.
