Mysuru: Dr. M.S. Jayanth has been appointed as the new Health Officer of Mysuru City Corporation (MCC).
Dr. Jayanth, who was working as the Chief Medical Officer at Pandavapura Government Hospital, took charge as the new MCC Health Officer on Friday.
However, Dr. B. Nagaraj, who was hitherto serving as the MCC Health Officer, will continue to serve the Mysuru City Corporation as Health Officer (Junior Grade).
