Mysuru: NIPM Mysore Chapter, as part of its monthly lecture programme had organised a lecture on ‘Enhance Employee Engagement’ at a private hotel in city recently.
Anbarasu, DGM – HRD and Krishnan, Group Leader from Sri Ram Fibres Ltd. Trichy, who were the Speakers, explained various initiatives undertaken in SRF Ltd. on the subject.
Enhancing Employee Engagement includes workmen, their spouse, children and their parents, they explained which are being followed by SRF Ltd. Participants from various industries attended the programme.
S.M. Jayaprakash, Chairman NIPM Mysore Chapter, Savitha Gowda, Secretary, NIPM Mysore Chapter and Head HR – Unilog Content Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Mysuru, K. Anantha Gowda, Past Chairman of NIPM and General Manager, Jubilant Generics Limited, Nanjangud and Executive Committee Members of NIPM Mysore Chapter attended the programme.
