Mysuru: B.K. Deepak Kumar Jain (Bohra) of Mysuru City has been nominated as the Working Committee Member of the All India Sri Swetamber Sthankavasi Jain Conference, Karnataka Wing for 2025-27 term, according to an official announcement by the newly elected President of Karnataka Jain Conference Prakash Burad in Bengaluru.
Deepak Jain had earlier served as Karnataka Youth Wing Vice-President for more than 10 years; as National Committee Member for 2 years and also as State Executive Committee Member during 2021-25.
Past International Wing Committee Director, PRO and Chief Secretary of JITO Mysore, he was the Secretary of Sri Sthanakvasi Jain Sangh-Mysore, Vice-President of All India Sthanakvasi Jain Conference Karnataka Youth Wing, President of JCI Mysore Royal City, Zone Secretary of JCI India Zone XIV and many more organisations in various capacities.
He also holds the post of Zone Treasurer, Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO), Karnataka-Kerala-Goa (KKG) Zone.
Deepak Jain was recently elected as General Secretary of Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana for 2025-26. Also, he is a Trustee of Arohana Educational and Cultural Trust in Somanathapura which runs Arohana Central School with CBSE accreditation promoting quality education in rural area at a very nominal fee.
