Mysore/Mysuru: Former MUDA Chairman H.V. Rajeev said that a ‘Nudi Namana’ programme in memory of Vijayapura Jnanayogashram’s late Seer Sri Siddeshwara Swamiji, who passed away on Jan. 2, will be held at JSS College of Arts, Commerce and Science on Ooty road in city at 11 am on Jan.15.
Addressing a press meet here yesterday, Rajeev said that the commemoration programme is organised under the joint aegis of Veerashaiva-Lingayat Associations, H.V. Rajeev Sneha Balaga, Patanjali Yoga Education Centre, Siddeshwara Swamiji Bhakta Vrunda and a host of other Organisations. Suttur Mutt Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion.
Vijayapura Jnanayogashram Head Sri Basavalinga Swamiji, Belagavi Shivanand Mutt Seer Sri Mallayya Swamiji, former University of Mysore Vice-Chancellor Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar, writer Prof. K.C. Shivappa, Satsanga Balaga member C.P. Ramasesh and other personalities will take part, he added.
Siddeshwara Swamiji Bhakta Vrunda members Nandish, Girish, Kiran and Vittalraju were present at the press meet.
