Kudos to the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) for facilitating bill payment for water dues online. However, there are a couple of implementation problems that need to be solved. One is bills of value below eighty rupees are not allowed.
Second, consumers need to be allowed to pay advance towards bills likely to be due. This is possible in the CESC bill payment system.
The authorities concerned are requested to kindly implement a similar facility in the online bill payment and oblige for the convenience of the public.
