The online payment of water bills on the MCC website has often been unsuccessful, as reported earlier in these columns by consumers. Added to this, the water bill payments made at MysoreOne (Karnataka One) Centres also at times have not been posted against our accounts and often reflects as ‘previous dues’ in the subsequent bills. Only payments made in the VVWW bill counters seem to be accounted promptly. Will the authorities set right these discrepancies and help the consumers?
