One Sub-Inspector, four Constables deployed
Mysore/Mysuru: Following the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) busting an inter-State drug network and arresting four persons besides seizing narcotics valued at about Rs. 10 crore at ‘Tuk-Tuk Household Chemicals Production Solution Manufacturing’ in Hebbal Industrial Area in January, Hebbal Police have begun capturing photos of various locations in the Industrial Area using a drone camera.
One Sub-Inspector and four Constables have been deployed along with drone experts for the purpose and photos of various locations including the factory which was raided in the Industrial Area are been captured using the drone camera since Mar. 9.
The photos captured by the drone camera are being checked and if any suspicious activities are found in certain places, such places are being inspected by the Police.
Apart from Hebbal Industrial Area, the drone is also keeping a watch over residential layouts to trace drug peddlers and consumers.
