Mysuru: Osho Glimpse Mysore, headed by Dr. H.C. Shashi Kumar, had organised ‘Osho Meditation in Depth Facilitation’ training programme from July 29 to Aug.1.
This was facilitated by Amrit Sadhna and attended by meditators from across India.
Amrit Sadhna shared her understanding and the techniques of Osho active meditations and also the science and background of each technique along with how to use the Meditation in our day to day life.
Amrit Sadhna is an editor and translator of several of Osho’s books. She has been a vital part of Osho Multiversity since the early 70s. She has been a member of the Osho Inner Circle, acting as the public face of Osho International Meditation Resort in Indian media.
She has written many thought-pieces for Indian newspapers on meditation, health and well-being.
As Osho says: “Meditation is a surrender, it is not a demand. It is not forcing existence your way, it is relaxing into the way existence wants you to be. It is a let-go.”
Amrit Sadhna training helped many meditators to surrender to the meditation, according to a press release from Dr. H.C. Shashi Kumar.
