Mysore/Mysuru: Members of Mysuru District Journalists Association (MDJA) and their family members underwent free health check-up under the aegis of SeCURE Hospital at MDJA premises yesterday.
At the health camp held from 8.30 am to 3 pm, general check-up including BP, sugar, ECG tests were conducted along with consultation and distribution of free medicines.
SeCURE Hospital Head Dr. Sridhar, who spoke on the occasion, suggested journalists to go for health check-ups on a regular basis as their profession involves more stress which may lead to BP and sugar variations.
Doctors Dr. Vishwas, Dr. Aishwarya Ramesh, Dr. Nivedita Gowda, Dr. Chetan, General Manager Periya, Administrative Officer Taporaju, Nursing Superintendent Keshav, Niranjan, Joshpa, Shivu, Chikkaswamy, MDJA President S.T. Ravikumar, Gen. Secretary M. Subramanya, Vice-President Anurag Basavaraj, Secretary P. Rangaswamy, Executive Committee Members Rangaswamy Madapura, Krishnojirao, Shivamurthy, Juptimath and other journalists were present on the occasion.
