P.K. Subbarao (78), a cloth merchant and a resident of Akbar Road in Mandi Mohalla, passed away yesterday in city.
He leaves behind his wife Pushpa, son Srinivas Pathange and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon, according to family sources.
