P. Shivalingappa (88), a retd. Officer of Railway Mail Service of Postal Department and a resident of Kuvempunagar 4th Stage, passed away on Sept. 12. He leaves behind his wife P. Dhanalakshmi, three sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this morning.
