Mysuru: On Monday evening (Oct. 14), a massive crowd gathered to witness the illuminated Mysore Palace, awestruck by its majestic glow.
Once the visiting hours ended, those waiting outside were thrilled as the Palace came to life, glowing under the radiance of over one lakh incandescent bulbs.
The breathtaking display left the spectators mesmerised, many capturing the Palace shining like a golden beacon on their cameras and phones.
For the past 10 days, the city has been buzzing with tourists and with Dasara lighting still in place, Mysuru’s streets and circles are gleaming with vibrant lights.
On Monday, as with previous nights, throngs of people, on foot, bikes and in cars, roamed the streets to soak in the dazzling spectacle, particularly along Devaraja Urs Road and Sayyaji Rao Road, where the lighting was especially admired.
