Mysuru: Golden Landmark Resort, Mysuru, has organised a Pan Asian Food Festival from Aug. 14 to 18 at its newly re-launched restaurant, Firkin Foyer.
The hottest selling cuisines of Pan Asia in a platter is a rare availability in Mysuru and Chef Selva Kumar has designed unique platter for each day which shall be an absolute gourmet’s delight. Rare and seldom available cuisines across Thailand, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam will be available at the fest.
Cuisines include Schezwan Dim Sum, Thai Corn & Scallion Fritters with Ginger Plum Sauce, Vietnamese Corn Et Broccoli Soup, Thai Green Papaya Salad, Pot Roasted Lamb with Green Beans, Red Chillies A Fresh Coriander, Silken Tofu and Pokchoy in Sambal Olek, Indonesian Mee Goreng, Shanghai Fried Rice, Sizzling Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce, according to a press release from Shishir Ranjan, General Manager .
