Parthenium growth in Bogadi 2nd Stage is a health risk

Sir,

Parthenium growth has overtaken nearly all vacant areas and roadside stretches in Treasury Layout, Bogadi 2nd Stage, and nearby areas, posing serious health risks.

This invasive weed triggers skin issues, allergic rhinitis, cough and cold, particularly affecting children and seniors.

Vacant plots now resemble parthenium gardens, with the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) showing prolonged neglect toward this issue.

I urge the authorities to promptly address this hazard and initiate parthenium eradication efforts before it spreads further, worsening public health concerns.
