Past Chairmen of BAI Mysore elected as BAI Karnataka State Chairman and Secretary

Mysuru: Past Chairman of Builders Association of India (BAI), Mysore Centre, N. Subramanya was elected as the Chairman of Builders Association of India, Karnataka State (2025-26) while Immediate Past Chairman of BAI Mysore, A.S. Yoganarasimha as the Karnataka State Secretary.

The oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected State office-bearers was held recently at Mysore Builders and Charitable Trust (MBCT) auditorium.

Past National Vice-President of BAI K. Sriram administered the oath of office to the newly elected State Chairman Subramanya.

In his address, Subramanya expressed his commitment to promote the growth and development of the industry, while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety and sustainability.

He said, the Association represents the collective voice of builders, developers and stakeholders and it is imperative to create a conducive environment for the growth of the industry.

In particular, Karnataka State needs to expand its presence in many unrepresented areas and as the State Chairman, it would be his prime focus to identify and promote the presence by creating more chapters in the State.

He also emphasised on creating more opportunities and platforms to builders fraternity to better understand the latest happenings in the industry and work towards resolving issues faced by builders and contractors.

He also stated that, the builders should always be supportive towards the welfare of construction workers and their families.
