This is to complain about the nil or pathetically poor Airtel network at Sankalpmahal Apartment Complex on Lalitha Mahal Road, Siddarthanagar. Repeated complaints to the local staff in this regard has had no impact.
To make a call we need to go to the public road to get reasonable network. Most of the residents are forced to use alternate mobile network.
It is an irony that a sick public sector company like the BSNL provides outstanding network connectivity at our Apartment Complex ! We wonder what has happened to the Airtel we knew earlier when the network was excellent as was the customer service.
As loyal customers, we believe the deterioration has started in Airtel, call it complacency or inadequate infrastructure. The moot point is whether Airtel wants to retain its customer-base or leave it to the competition.
