Payment of Property Tax at MCC or MUDA: Vijayanagar 3rd Stage residents in a fix

Sir,

I visited the MCC Zone-4 office recently to pay the property tax for my house situated at Vijayanagar 3rd Stage but the officer informed me that they are not receiving the tax for properties situated at Vijayanagar 3rd Stage.

As the tax is not received at MUDA or MCC, where should the owners of properties situated at Vijayanagar 3rd Stage pay property tax. Last year, the tax for the period 2020-21 was taken at MCC Zone-4 Office with PID number.

As tax paid challans are required for various purposes, I request both the MCC and MUDA Commissioners to issue a clarification in this regard. I am sure there are many property owners like me who are made to run from pillar to post.
