K. Namratha Pai has been awarded Ph.D in Food Science and Nutrition by the UoM for her thesis ‘Impact of Nutrition Intervention on Nutritional Status and Clinical Outcome in Subjects with Head and Neck Cancer’ [Guide: Dr. Asna Urooj].

S. Chandan Vinay has been awarded Ph.D in Food Science and Nutrition by the UoM for his thesis ‘Impact of Nutrition Intervention on the Nutritional Status, Oxidative Stress and Inflammation in Subjects with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease’ [Guide: Dr. Asna Urooj].

M.C. Girisha has been awarded Ph.D in Commerce by the UoM for his thesis ‘E-Human Resource Management (E-HRM) Practices in Automotive Industry in Karnataka’ [Guide: Dr. K. Nagendra Babu].

Mahadeva has been awarded Ph.D in Geography by the UoM for his thesis ‘Utilisation of Maternal and Child Healthcare Services among Slum Dwellers of Mysuru City: A Socio-Spatial Analysis’ [Guide: Dr. B. Chandrashekar].

Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya has awarded Ph.D in Folkloristics to G.S. Sannaiah for his thesis ‘Agricultural Traditional Knowledge of Haveri District’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. M.N. Venkatesha.
