Ph.D awardees

The University of Mysore (UoM) has awarded Ph.D in Botany to B.M. Meghashree for her thesis titled “Pharmacognostic and Nutritional Studies on some Ayurveda Rasayana (anti-ageing) Dietary Plants” submitted under the guidance of Dr. T.R. Shantha.

H. Govindaraju has been awarded Ph.D in Public Administration by the UoM for his thesis “Karnatakada Grameena Abhivruddhiyalli Panchayat Raj Samsthegala Patra: Mysuru Jilla Panchayatiya Ondu Adhyayana (from the year 2010….).” [Guide: Dr. Dayananda Mane].

Syeda Noor Fathima has been awarded Ph.D in Development Studies by the UoM for her thesis “Social Audit and its Importance in Rural Development Programmes – A Study of Mysuru District.” [Guide: Dr. K. V. Aiyanna]

V. Deepa has been awarded Ph.D in Economics by the UoM for her thesis “Education and Inclusive Development – A comparative study of Rural and Urban Bangalore Districts” [Guide: Dr. S. Indumati].

B.C. Basavaraju has been awarded Ph.D in Chemistry by the UoM for his thesis “Kinetics and Mechanistic Investigation of Oxidation of Dyes Used in Food and Medicines by Chloramine – T: A Spectrophotometric approach.” [Guide: Dr. M.N. Kumara]

T.V. Bharathi has been awarded Ph.D in Kannada by the UoM for her thesis “S.G. Siddaramaiah Avara Sahitya.” She worked under the guidance of Dr. M.S. Shekar. Presently, she is working as Assistant Professor at Government First Grade College in Koppa, Maddur taluk.
