Mysore/Mysuru: The Horticulture Department has organised a phone-in programme between 12 noon and 1 pm on July 13 to hear the grievances of farmers. Interested farmers may call on Ph: 0821-2420066 and seek information related to the Department’s programmes and financial assistance given by the Department, according to a press release from the Senior Horticulture Director.
Ration Card Holders
A phone-in programme will held on every Mondays from 11 am to 12.30 pm to hear the grievances of Ration Card Holders in connection with the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department.
Issues related to applying for new Ration Card, correction in existing Ration Card, transfer of Ration Card, distribution of less ration at Fair Price Shop, Fair Price Shops asking money to get the Bio updated, differences in weight in ration provided and other related issues can be sorted out or complaints can be lodged during the phone-in programme.
Beneficiaries can call Mob: 87623-48085 or 96329-60615 to get their complaints registered, according to a press release from Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department Joint Director P. Shivanna.
