Most of the drains at Old Bandikeri in K.R. Mohalla are clogged resulting in water becoming stagnant and emanating unbearable stench. The stagnant water has become a perfect place for mosquitoes to breed and there is a fear of outbreak of diseases. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to clear the clogged drains at the earliest as monsoon is fast approaching.
