Garbage such as empty plastic covers, cement bags, papers, leftover food etc., which is dumped on the 2nd Cross near Surya Bakery at Hebbal, is not cleared since five days. This has resulted in the garbage pile emanating foul smell besides attracting a lot of flies. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the garbage pile cleared at the earliest.
