I am staying in Alanahalli area for the last 30 years and being a regular walker, my favourite walking route is via Lalitha Mahal and Helipad area.
Earlier, there were very few stray dogs in and around helipad but the numbers have gone up since three years.
Regular walkers, animal-lovers and people from a few NGOs would come to feed these dogs regularly.
But of late, the helipad area has become a private property and there is hardly any movement of people forcing these dogs to starve.
Will any NGOs or MCC officials concerned plan to re-locate these dogs or make some arrangements which may help these starving dogs.
