To release Vijayapura Jnanayogashrama Seer Sri Siddeshwara Swamiji’s three books
Mysore/Mysuru: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate KSS Sanskrit Patashala (Kyathanahalli Sahukar Sidddalingaiah Sanskrit Patashala) and new Student Hostel building at a programme organised by JSS Mahavidyapeetha at Suttur Mutt in city on June 20 at 7.30 pm.
Suttur Mutt has opened many Sanskrit Schools to impart the knowledge of Sanskrit. Jagadguru Sri Mantra Maharshi, the then pontiff of Suttur Mutt, started the KSS Patashala.
Modi will also release Vijayapura Jnanayogashrama Seer Sri Siddeshwara Swamiji’s three books ‘Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras: A Commentary’, ‘Shiva Sutras’ and ‘Narada Bakti Sutras’ on the occasion.
Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion. Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot will preside. Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Coal and Mines Pralhad Joshi will be the chief guests.
Siddaganga Seer Sri Siddalinga Swamiji, Jnanayogashrama’s Sri Siddeshwara Swamiji, MP Pratap Simha, District Minister S.T. Somashekar, MLA S.A. Ramdas and others will be present.
