Bengaluru: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be arriving in Bengaluru for a short four-hour visit to take part in various programmes. He will arrive HAL Airport on a special flight at 10.30 am and will travel by helicopter and road to the KSR Bengaluru City Railway Station and flag-off three Vande Bharat Express trains — KSR Bengaluru-Belagavi, Amritsar-Sri Mata Vaishno Devi Katri and Ajni (Nagpur)-Pune.
He will then travel by road to the Ragigudda Metro Station for the inauguration of Namma Metro Yellow Line and travel in the metro between 11.45 am and 12.50 pm from Ragigudda to Electronics City. At 12.50 pm, he will travel by road from the Electronics City Metro Station to the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Bengaluru, located in Electronics City Phase 1 where he will officially inaugurate the Yellow Line and lay the foundation stone for Namma Metro’s Phase 3. He will then travel by helicopter to the HAL Airport and return to Delhi at 2.45 pm.
