Mysore/Mysuru: The NCC Junior Girls Wing of Police Public School, Mysuru, attached to 3 KAR NCC Battalion, Mysuru, has won the Best Institution Award (third place) recently.
A felicitation function was held in the presence of the Deputy Director General NCC – Karnataka and Goa Directorate, Air Cmde B.S. Kanwar, at the Christ University Main Campus Auditorium in Bengaluru Mar. 13.
The Award was received by School Principal Rennie Joseph Mendonce, in-charge ANO of the Battalion Lavanya and Komala, Senior teacher. Mysore NCC Group Commander Col. R.R. Menon and Commanding Officer in charge of 3 KAR NCC Battalion Col. Manoj Kumar Mishra were also present on the occasion to receive the award.
