Mysuru: GRAAM (Grassroots Research and Advocacy Movement), a public policy research and advocacy initiative in India, in collaboration with the ILR School of Cornell University, a leading school for Applied Social Sciences in the USA and Tata-Cornell Institute for Agriculture and Nutrition (TCI), a long-term research initiative focusing on the design and evaluation of innovative interventions, has organised a 13-day Policy Analysis and Programme Evaluation Workshop from June 17 to 29 at V-LEAD campus in Hebbal, Mysuru.
This thirteen-day workshop has drawn academic expertise of Cornell University and large research network of GRAAM to provide participants with practical guidance for understanding Public Policy Analysis & Programme Evaluation.
About forty participants across India with various backgrounds like academicians, Development Practitioners, Researchers having M.Phil, Ph.D and Post-Doctoral Studies in Development Studies from the Social Science arena are taking part in the programme.
The workshop will be inaugurated on June 17 at 4.30 pm by Vandita Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary to Government-cum-Development Commissioner. Also, Prof. S. Vidyashankar, Vice-Chancellor, Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), will be the chief guest. Prof. Sarosh Kuruvilla from ILR School of Cornell University and Dr. R.
