Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome: Awareness among rural women

A special programme on ‘Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS): Awareness among rural women’  has been organised at Doddammathayi Temple Circle in Suttur, Nanjangud taluk here tomorrow (Oct. 9) at 2.30 pm, under the joint aegis of Special Interest Group – Reproductive Neuroendocrinology Research (SIG-RNR) – JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research (JSS AHER) and NSS Unit, School of Life Sciences, Mysuru, JSS AHER. Dr. Vishal K. Gupta, Dean (Academics), JSS AHER, Mysuru, will be the chief guest.

Dr. H.S. Meghana, Assistant Professor and Chief Co-ordinator of IVF Centre, JSS Medical College and Hospital, Mysuru, will be the main speaker. Dr. M. Ramya, AMO, PHC, Suttur and M.C. Mahadevaswamy, Panchayat Development Officer (PDO), Suttur, will be the guests of honour.  Dr. K.A. Raveesha, Head, School of Life Sciences, Mysuru, will preside.
