Department of Posts will be organising Postal Week celebrations from Oct. 9 to 15. As a part of the celebrations, the Department has organised ‘Mail Day’ on Oct. 14 between 4.30 pm and 5.30 pm in association with ‘Mahila Vishesha’ Kannada women’s Weekly Newspaper. The programme will be inaugurated by Department of Post Senior Superintendent N.Prakash. Deputy Post Master P.R. Vijay will be the chief guest. ‘Mahila Vishesha’ Newspaper Editor H.V. Subbarao will preside. Subramanya and Ramprasad, retired employees of Postal Department will be felicitated on the occasion.
