Prakash Lalchand Talreja (62), a resident of Theobald Road in Nazarbad, passed away yesterday in city.
He leaves behind his wife, two sons, daughter-in-law and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this morning, according to family sources.
