Mysore/Mysuru: ‘Pramati Utsava,’ the Annual Day of Pramati Hillview Academy, was celebrated in city recently.
S.V. Rajendra Singh Babu, Renowned Film Producer and Director, who inaugurated the cultural show, motivated the students to strive for excellence.
“Facing the world’s new challenges requires great humanity,” he said adding that “humans must have the desire to achieve, innovate and inspire. Students should be given the opportunity to think independently, reducing mobile phone usage and focus on productivity. In the age of technology, children are immersed in movies; they learn about world cinema through film discussions and are inspired by the values depicted in films.”
The staff members, who served in the institution for 10,15 and 20 years, were honoured. Academic achievers of Grade 10 board exams and students who have achieved in various co-curricular activities were felicitated.
The cultural extravaganza showcased vibrant talents with captivating performances, inspiring speeches and a host of other entertaining activities.
