Mysuru: Member of erstwhile Mysore royal family Pramoda Devi Wadiyar inaugurated the two-day Sayoga Bazaar organised by Sayoga, city’s premier yoga lifestyle boutique, at V.V. Mohalla here yesterday.
The two-day extravaganza features an extensive range of products from natural perfumes, fabric dolls, stationary, home decor, macrame products, clothing, jewellery, coffee, gourmet bakery products, plants and succulents, bed linen, squashes and pickles, resin artefacts and furniture and much more.
In her inaugural speech, Pramoda Devi said, “Sayoga Bazaar is a celebration of authenticity, craftsmanship and community. As we embrace and support artisans from diverse regions, we recognise them as entrepreneurs in their own right. Sayoga Bazaar aims to create a platform that not only showcases the cultural richness of Mysuru but also uplifts the artistic endeavours that define our region.”
The bazaar also features an array of artworks such as baskets, paper bags, netted crochet work and more by the students of Ranga Rao Memorial School for Differently Abled, all of which will be available for sale.
Sayoga Bazaar will be open for visitors till 7 pm today.
Sayoga Owner Shruthi Ranga, NR Group Chairman R. Guru, Rangsons Aerospace Founder and CEO Pavan Ranga and others were present.
