Mysuru: Mysuru girl Prasiddhi Bhat, representing Karnataka in the CISCE National Chess Championship-2018 for U-17 girls, won the title with 5.5 points from six rounds on Monday.
Prasiddhi Bhat, Kirti Mayur Patil (Mah), Kiyarra Sunil Khaturia (Mah) tied with 5.5 points from seven rounds, but on the basis of a better tie-break score of 21.75, Prasiddhi Bhat clinched the title.
In the U-17 boys section, Dhanush Bharadwaj (Kar-6-27.75) clinched the title.
