‘Prathap Simha has deprived a writer of his rights’

Mysuru: Former MP Prathap Simha, by getting a stay order for the book ‘Kattale Jagattu,’ written by Praveen Kumar Mavinakadu, has deprived the writer of his rights, said Mysore Rakshana Vedike President M.K. Premkumar here on Saturday.

Premkumar spoke after the scheduled book release programme was cancelled at the Institution of Engineers-India (IEI) as a result of the stay order issued for release and sale of the book by the Court.

Taking exceptions to Prathap Simha, Premkumar said, while nobody had objected or got stay order to the columns written by the former MP where he exposed everyone, he has got the stay order for the book written by Praveen Kumar fearing of him (Prathap Simha) being exposed.

Stating that Prathap Simha must be expelled from BJP, he said that the former MP must not take part in any programmes organised by the party.
