Mysore/Mysuru: The children of Karnataka State Land Survey, Revenue and Land Record Department’s District Employees Association members, who had scored over 90 percent marks in the SSLC and PUC examinations (2023-24), were presented with Pratibha Puraskar at a function organised by the Association at the Survey Office in Nazarbad here recently.
S. Krupa (95.84 percent) and Prateeksha Shekar (94.2 percent), who had scored high marks in SSLC examinations and D. Vijayalakshmi (98 percent), R. Chetana (96.16 percent), H.G. Neetushri (96.8 percent), K. Supreet (95.16 percent), M.N. Dinap (93.7 percent) and K.S. Purva, who had scored high marks in PUC examinations, were presented Pratibha Puraskar.
Speaking at the function, District Deputy Director of Land Records Ramya said that there are teachers and perseverance behind any achievement.
“Students who had overcome many hurdles to score high marks in their examinations, must not lose focus and continue to make required efforts to score higher marks in future also. Education begets humility. Become good citizens of the society,” advised Ramya.
Joint Director of Mysuru Division Land Records Prasad V. Kulakarni said that the achievements of children have given a sense of fulfilment among their parents. “Students who have scored high marks in SSLC and PUC must work hard to get more marks in future examinations and occupy high posts,” he added.
District Land Survey and Revenue Fixation Training Centre Principal Ramesh, Assistant Directors Y.R. Shivakumar and Hussain, District Association President Jayappa and others were present.
