The Backward Classes Welfare Department (BCWD), Nanjangud taluk, has invited online applications from eligible students of Backward Classes Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B and SC/ST seeking admission to its Pre-Matric Boys/ Girls Hostels for the year 2024-25. Students of Category-1 and SC/ST whose parents’ annual income is below Rs. 1 lakh and students of Category-A, 2B & 3B, whose parents’ annual income is below Rs. 44,500, are eligible to apply.
Students who are studying from 5th standard to 10th standard can apply with their SATS ID by visiting State Hostel Portal (https://shp.karnataka.gov.in) before July 10.
