Bengaluru: President Ram Nath Kovind will address a Special Joint Session of the State Legislature on Oct. 25 in Bengaluru to mark the completion of 60 years of the iconic Vidhana Soudha.
A delegation, led by Legislative Council Chairman D.H. Shankaramurthy and Assembly Speaker K.B. Koliwad, met Kovind at Rashtrapathi Bhavan yesterday and requested him to address the Session.
