Mysuru: City Scholar Dr. M.P. Manjappa Shetty Masagali has been selected as the President of 14th Karnataka Manuscript Conference to be held on Mar.23 and 24 at Hampi Kannada University, according to a press release from the Hampi Kannada University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Mallika S. Ghanti.
