Prison inmates to perform at Intl. Theatre Fest

As part of the ongoing International Theatre Olympic, the Mysuru Central Jail inmates will be staging Jayanth Kaikini’s play ‘Jategiruvanu Chandira,’ under the aegis of Sankalpa and Department of Prisons, at Ravindra Kalakshetra in Bengaluru tomorrow (Feb.25). This is the first time that the prison inmates are performing at an International platform. Picture shows a scene from the play.
