Prize winners of Pharma Golf Championship-2022

Following are the prize winners of the inaugural edition of Pharma Golf Championship-2022 organised at J.W. Golf Club in city on July 23 and 24.

Strokeplay Gross: M.G. Chengappa (73 Gross) – Winner; Mukram Ulla Khan (77 Gross) (Better Back 6 Over Lakshman Ramgopal) – Runner.

Strokeplay Net (H/C 0 to 12): C.M. Appanna (68 Net) (Better Back 3 Over Col. C.P. Medappa) – Winner; Col. C.P. Medappa (68 Net) – Runner; Strokeplay Net (H/C 13 to 18): Hari Gowda (66 Net) – Winner; A.M. Naganna (67 Net) – Runner.

Stableford Net (H/C 0 to 18): Mahen Mallinath (39 Points) – Winner; R. Madhusudan (38 Points) (Better Back 9 Over M.A. Ramesh, S.A. Thimmaiah, N. Maneesh, V. Supreeth) – Runner.

Stableford Net (H/C 0 to 24) for Seniors aged 65 Years & Above: M.P. Manjunath (41 Points) – Winner; S.A. Thimmaiah (38 Points) – Runner.

Stableford Net (H/C 0 to 24) for Super Seniors aged 75 Years & Above: S.K. Ramalinge Gowda (33 Points) – Winner.

Nearest to the Pin – 2nd Hole: C.M. Appanna (6 Feet 2 Inches) – Winner; Nearest to the Pin – 12th Hole: Col. B.N. Somanna (11 Feet 6 Inches) – Winner.

Straightest Drive – 16th  Hole: Dr. P.A. Kushalappa (5 Inches) – Winner.

In all, 226 players took part in the Championship sponsored by Pharma Golfing Association, Mysuru, according to a release from JWGC Tournament & Handicap Sub-Committee Chairman K.S. Sudheer Bhat and Hon. Secretary M.R. Mohan Kumar.
